Jerico,

Thank you for your posting! Could you copy the information from Show activity view and post here? Does the issue affect only certain plans/devices? Have you tried starting the same backup job manually? Is the target location reachable at the moment when the backup job is scheduled to start?

Thank you!

Since Jerico hasn't replied, this is a similar situation and it may help. I expect restarting the agent would help, but I can't find documentation how to do that.

This is the console on the management server:

This is the Backup Monitor on the client. As you can see from the console, it's had 8:58 remaining for several days.

Since the first question is usually about services, here are the Acronis services:

The user Acronis is a member of the Administrators group and has Group Policy Logon As Service permissions - or I think it does, since Server 2003 doesn't match your directions.

The client is Windows Server 2003 and is a domain member; the console and storage target is not a domain member, and login credentials were provided and verified successfully.

And since the Preview shows that your webpage allows me to paste images but doesn't actually attach them, I saved them to separate JPG files and attached them.

And your system also removes the file names. The filenames were:

Hi Michael

The "Frozen" Message is a warning and no error. Meanwhile Did you have restarted the agent service?
We had to increase the timeout on acronis and agent servers, otherwise no more important backup messages were created for the backupjobs.

You could configure the timeout in following files:

AMS: C:\Program Files\Acronis\AMS\net.config

Agents: C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\alerts.config

Attention: every update sets the default values back!
