Slow replication from share to share

Hello,

i want to introduce you into a troubleshot we solved yesterday. We are using Windows Server 2012R2 with 2 backuptargets. The main backuptarget is an enterprise nas placed in our server room and the other is a nas placed on a diffrent location on our campus for decentralising backups.

We had a hugh performance issue with backupplans containig replication and validation. The cause of this problem was, that SMB V3 uses multichanneling and slowed down the traffic to 70Mbit/s. It was possible because we have a managment interface connected to campus network and a second interface connected to a backup vpn on every machine. Since we disabled multichanneling for SMB, our backups running at 900Mbit/s

I hope this solution can help somebody, better the Acronis engineers rebuild this case and add this to the Acronis how to´s.
