Storage node - freeing space

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm struggling to free space from a storage node after several backups have been deleted. The command "acrocmd compact vault" has been running for over 2 days and so far progress is as 12%. I'm fairly sure over several TB of unique data has been removed and only a few hundred GB of data reclaimed (if even that much). The free space on the volume is so low, I've suspended all backup plans.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong here?

Hi,

The issue should be investigated with our support team involved - the system report (see https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301) should be captured from Acronis Storage Node machine and sent to support for analysis.

Looks like there was a difficulty with locating the account under which the software / trial was registered - support options are usually defined by the respective account setup.
