Unable to communicate with the remote host, since it is disconnected

Thread needs solution

I got following warning randomly (at least once or twice a week during different VM's backup). Just wondering if anything to improve or resolve this. Note that I've confirmed that the Acronis appliances (both Agent and all-in-one management) were running and backups were succeeded and the snapshot was removed successfully.

Hello Comwave IT,

this could happen when backing up VMs with vCenter: when a snapshot of a VM with vCenter is being created/deleted, this VM freezes and loses connection with a host.

All operations with snapshots in VMs are carried out via VM Ware API.

Acronis commands to delete these snapshots in order to avoid VMs overloading.
