Acronis Agent cannot connect to Cloud Console

UPDATE: Problem came from server side, now solved.
Hi,
I need help, I've setup an agent on a computer with Windows 7 x64 in a domain with admin rights and the agent cannot connect / appear to my cloud console..
The firewall has been disabled.
I need help please.
