Backup Agent Offline after upgrade

Hi,

When I upraded my agents to the last version, The backup agent became offline.

I tried to upgrade the agent directly on the machine but it's the same result

When I uninstall and reinstall the agent everything is working but I don't want to have to do that for 15 clients.

It seems that the account for the agent is not recognize anymore. Is there a config file where I can check the login information ?

Hi, 

I also have the same problem with the latest version but some agents are still online.  Uninstalled and reinstalled work but this is not an option for all clients.

Thanks for your answer. It's working perfectly except when it's a vmware agent. Is there a different procédure in this case ?
