Backup Console Problem

Thread needs solution

 

Dear Acronis guys, after 3 months using the Acronis Backup Cloud now I know what is the meaning of problem. I spend all my days long handling customers complaint about the latency of the console, problems with backup completion, restore issues (time out), wrong information in the console (reports that the backup was finished and now backup information listed). Last week the list of problems start to increase with the mobile App for backup. It did the first backup and it looks good but it was the time to test the restore. Where is the backup? The tool keeps saying that there were no backups for restore. We tried to do another backup and received an error message "An error ocurred. Try again in a minute or cancel the backup". After click 10 times or more it starts the backup and finished. Ok, let´s try to restore. No backup was listed.
We are really considering to change this tool for a less function but stable tool.
