Cannot delete cloud backup
Hi,
You helped me resolve the last issue and this is related to that one. While my local backup was going through the 6 day restore, I set up a cloud backup. It was only supposed to grab about 150GB of data but instead gobbled up 347GB.
I have tried to delete the backup and the stored data with limited success. I deleted the cloud backup plan but not the data itself.
Acronis 10 pic shows the storage quota exceeded message and the deleting archives failed message.
Acronis 11 pic shows another view of the quota exceeded.
I basically need that data deleted. I no longer need the cloud backup now that my local backup was restored successfully. Is there a way for me to do that or for you to help out with it?
Thanks!
Glen
p.s. I just tried the manual deletion method suggested in https://kb.acronis.com/content/59015. It tells me it deleted the archive and shows 0 bytes but still shows the 350GB/100GB error (Acronis 12).
p.p.s. Apparently time DOES heal all wounds. After a few hours, the issue seems to have resolved itself. Apparently it just takes time for the portal to realize the backup data has been erased. Everything looks like it's back to normal...
