Creating A ticket -

Thread needs solution

I have a question - 

 

We just purchased Acronis Backup Cloud through Kaseya (As a partner, I think) We are in the middle of migrating our clients from Mozy to Acronis and have run into a few issues. Kaseya has told me to contact support, however when I created my login on the support portal, it tells me I need to active/add a product to be able to get support. Does anyone know how I can get a ticket created through the portal?
