Disabling user access
Hello!
I've make mistake and disable user, now I can't login to my account https://cloud.acronis.com/login
How I can enable user again? It is one my user, I have no another users.
I have access to this page now: https://account.acronis.com/#/products but no see any enable users settings.

But my subscription "free test" I can't contact with support.

You can contact Support even in Trial time, select Technical Issues / Questions -> I am using trial version in the support request form and choose either Chat or Email.

Thank you. No rush. But it is little strange why the script delete my single user withouth any confirmation. I think we need confirmation box here. Thanks again.

The information box in the pre-chat form only refers to the article on how to check if the support program is valid. It does not prevent you from entering the Live Chat.
