email notifications for backup jobs

Good morning,

Hopefully this is the right forum for this type of question. We are using Acronis Cloud Backup we acquired via Ingram Micro so the UI is trimmed with the Ingram Micro logo, etc... Not sure if this part of my issue or not. However I'm not seeing "email notifications" as an option in the Backup Options menu for jobs I've created. The online help suggests there should be an "email notifications" option so that status of backup jobs can be emailed out. Any idea what happened to this option? Am I looking in the wrong place?
