Yesterday we configured a backup and the first copy gave us a warning as the user had canceled the process.

When we have manually launched the copy this morning, the following error appears.

The password of the protected backup is not correct.
Error code 1642

We have another copy configured on the same server and it works correctly.

Can someone help us?

Can you please provide the following information:

1. Which version of Acronis are you on including the agent version?

2. Backup location is the backup going to local storage or cloud storage or a hybrid of both?

3. Do you have application aware backup enabled?

4. When you installed the agent did you opt for the default Acronis Agent User or did you specify a specific account for the logon service?
