Hi
* it would be nice get an estimate of the backup size when you select files and folders.
*in the top window where it says occupied storage it would be nice to see occupied storage Of XX data you have
* Create reports that measue used storage matched to what you have set as quotalimit, ex 677GB of 700GB

Hi
I Would like to add an request when it comes to reports
It recentently came to my knowlage that the store can fill up with "incomplete backups"
Its pretty timekilling to check each single account for spaceconsuming incomplete backups so I would like to see a reportfeature on admin level where I can list all accounts that have incomplete backups and how big they are.

Hi Fredrik,
Thank you for posting this question here.
Before I forward your request let me clarify the purpose of "incomplete backups" section and to make sure what your scenario is.
When you start a first full backup to cloud, it is first put into "incomplete backups" section and is shown there with the respective archive name. Once the first full backup is complete, the archive is moved from "incomplete backups" to the respective machine's folder. All subsequent backups are written directly to the archive and will not appear in "incomplete backups".
So if you have a lot of data in "incomplete backups" section, it means that many of your computers did not finalize the first full backup and are not yet protected. If you remove this data, you will have to re-run the whole full backup from scratch. As a result, you have to have all your computers protected, and have zero incomplete backups.
And here comes the question to your scenario: why do you have so many incomplete backups and need to remove them manually instead of resolving the root cause and making sure the machines are fully protected?
Looking forward to more details for this request.
Best regards,

Hi
The root problem is customers with bad bandwith. So for various reasons the first backup takes a very long time and sometimes the first full backup is interrupted and has to be restarted. And from what I can tell when the happens you get stuck with large amount of incomplete data.
We noticed this when we were staring to get complaints about compression.
Compression wasnt the issue. The issue was "incomplete backups". On these cases we hade a full backup and lots of incomplete data
On one case the full valid backup was on 4 GB
The account usage was over 50 GB
The rest was incomplete jobs
So thats why i would like to be able to run a report on all accounts from admin level to spot if there is unneccesary data usage.

Hi Fredrik,
I see now. The real issue is that after you restart the full backup it does not take over from the failure point with the incomplete backup, and it has to be investigated since manual cleanup of such backups is only a workaround. Incomplete backups should actually be the best aid for small bandwidth problem. Could you please submit a support case for this issue?
In general only new backup plan name should cause such behaviour since it also changes the archive name.
Let me know if you need additional information for this matter.
Best regards and have a great weekend!
