Microsoft SQL resource is empty

Hello,

After installing the Microsoft SQL agent on a server of one of our customers we can see the server listed in the management console. 

But when i try to open the server to look at the SQL databases nothing is listed.

I have reinstalled the agent several times, and am runing it with the domain admin(with sysadmin) credentials.

Would like to hear what is causing this because we see this with other customers too.
