Not all options are shown in web console

Hi All!
We’ve just started evaluating Backup Cloud. I have created an account. Sometimes when I connect to the web console, I have a lot of options (like creating users and quotas, backups and other stuff), but in other times I only have a few options (backup or restore). I’m confused, how can I set up access to all options?

Hi Steve!
There are 2 web consoles (and 2 types of accounts): one is Account Management Console, the other one is Backup Management Console. I guess, you mean the Account Management console by "of a lot of options".

It all depends on the credentials you use. Once you use Administrator account credentials, you are logged in to Account management console. Here on the picture are the options available from here: https://kb.acronis.com/system/files/content/2015/04/55900/01.png

When you use Backup account credentials, you'll be forwarded to the Backup management console. You can manage agent installation/backup/recovery from here. Here is an overview of available options: https://kb.acronis.com/system/files/content/2015/04/ajax/02.png
