Online dashboard report 50 gigabytes - full.

Delete everything.

Cleanup.

Still reports full.

 

No information as to where the space has gone.

Any clues ?

Thanks for contacting us via the Acronis Forum. My name is Evgeny, I am from Acronis Service Provider Support.

 

As far as I understand you have faced an issue with the storage usage in Acronis Backup Cloud, after the cleanup the storage is still reported as full.

I will be glad to assist you.

 

If the usage is not updated for Acronis Backup Cloud I would like to recommend to check for the incomplete backups as per the KB article: 

https://kb.acronis.com/content/59015 

If there is no incomplete backups, then I want to make sure you are aware that the stats-server is performing the sync of usage statistics once per 4-6 hours (depending on the Datacenter the account is registered on). 

Please follow the recommendations. If the issue persists, please send an email at mspsupport@acronis.com while providing the account name, the Customer's company name and the affected server. 
Plus, please send us the screenshots describing the issue.  A new ticket will be generated and we will take over to assist you further.
