[RESOLVED] Agent connected but no backup is running

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have issue with some of my customer accounts

Some of them stop to backup at 30 may 2016

The machine is online and I can explorer the old backups.

I already tried to repair or update the agent and reconnect manually the backup client with no luck.

When I launch the backup task, it says that the task is starting but nothing happens.

I also tried to create a new backup plan but it's not working either.

Hi Kevin,

There seems to be a sync issue on the server side, which has not yet been confirmed as known and requires additional investigation. To quickly address the problem, I'd recommend to create a support ticket for this issue indicating the affected machines and the user account.

Hi,

To get the backup running again, I had to change settings of the backup plan to resend to backup plan infos to the agent.

Everything is working okay for now.
