Hello, how can I set up the notification email without including the acronis account owner? Thanks a lot.

Hello Andrea,

Due to the product design only one email address could be specified for user account and all email notifications applying to the account are sent to this specified email address.  The workaround is to create a separate administrator account that would receive notifications. 

The feature to configure additional email addresses for email notifications without having to create additional accounts is also under consideration with the product management (internal ID for ref PLTFRM-2145). I've added this post as a vote for the feature request.
