Thanks for reaching out to our Forum. My name is Evgeny, I am from Acronis Service Provider Support.

As far as I understand you would like to find the documentation for the usage of Acronis Universal Restore.

 

As a matter of fact you can use the instruction from the following KB article that is related to Acronis Backup products. The interface & the functionality are similar.

As you use Acronis Backup Cloud you will just need to perform the recovery first, then boot the machine once again with Acronis bootable media, select Acronis Universal Restore and apply it as described in the article.
