I recently installed Acronis Backup Cloud on my work laptop. As long as the computer is running, everything backs up fine. However, my laptop goes to sleep overnight. Every other backup software I've used has a "wake computer for backup" function that seems to be missing in Backup Cloud. Am I missing something?

The functionality is not implemented in the product. 

We are considering adding this feature in future versions and currently we are collecting feedback from our Partners. I have documented the usage scenario, which you want to see in the product to make sure that it will suit your needs. As of now, we cannot provide any specific ETA for adding multi-factor authentication. Please track release notes to get updates on adding this feature.
