(0x103F7) User name or password incorrect

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,

I am running Windows Server 2008 fully updated and Acronis® True Image Echo Server® (build 8.398)

My backups are placed on a usb drive of Western Digital (D:\)

On random days i will get this error but the backup disk is connected and is visible in My Computer.

Other days it works just fine.

(0x103F7) User name or password for the remote resource D:\.tib is incorrect. Please check user name and password and type it again.

Does anyone has the same problem or can help me with this problem??

Thank you for your post. I will definitely resolve this for you.

This problem occurs because of our Scheduler Manager. To fix this issue, please download the following archive. It contains various tools that work with our scheduler manager. Unpack it and run the install.bat file. It will update the scheduler service. Please check if the issue re-occurs, if it does, then do the following. Reboot the machine and re-create the scheduled tasks. This should fix it.
