12497: policy start conditions ignored ?

Hello,
we have several workstation (Xp) with Acronis ABR10 used from a couple of year and a WIN 2008 Server as central management of this.

I have updated all from previous rel 11639 to new 12497.
Our backup policy on all worstation have this configuration :
1) START when user is logoff
2) Time is from 17.30 to 22.00 (users go out in variable time..)
3) shutdown after backup-end reached

On workstations where ABR10 was UPGRADED from rel 11639 to new 12497 all it's OK and backup start as planned.

On 2 workstation were I need deinstall old ABR and after reinstall 12497 rel. the backup action start at time (ie: 17.30) even if the user is YET connected and working (with unwanted ! shutdown...).

Seem the first condition (user logoff) was ignored on 12497 rel.

Plan backup already checked two or three times..

Have anyone a similar problem ?

No, but not offering you to try a "revoke and redeploy" attempt -- if you create a local backup plan on a problem machine, does it work as intended? If you deploy on this single machine a new policy? Whe you removed the old agents, was the policy deployed at that moment? Did you check 'remove backup plans, logs, " checkbox on the uninstall screen?
