6,553,752(0x640098) Error after Backup (SBS)

Thread needs solution

Hello,
A client of mine had her Symantec Backup Exec start failing on April 10th. After hours of talking with their support, and getting an email with 10 pages of registry areas to check, she called on my services. I followed their advice and it just plain failed. Having experience with Acronis at another company I downloaded the 15day Trial of Acronis Backup for SBS and she ran a backup Friday night and got the error code 6,553,752(0x640098) even though it said it was successful. I asked her to make sure in the management console the box was checked for retries and it was. Other than that the backup seemed successful. Is this something we should be worried about? and also, is there anything else to try? She is backing up to an external HD. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

This error might be related to different problems (connectivity, for instance), and I'll need the entire log entry to say for sure.
