AB&R 10 interface text overlapping or cutoff

No matter what I try to fix it (including a fresh install), most of the interface text is difficult or impossible to read due to words overlapping or only half of words being displayed. I only have this issue in AB&R.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

It's probably a screen resolution/font size thing -- I'm not in front of my computer so this is from memory; but in the "options" screen (somewhere?) there is a setting for "Interface font size"

Try decreasing the font and that should make it readable

Unless there's a dedicated setting for that within AB&R I doubt that's the issue since I have no other instances of this problem in any other program or in Windows itself.

EDIT:
I found the Font settings in the program and that has seemed to fix the issues of words overlapping, but there are still many words that are cut off.
