ABR 10 SBS Backup - Upgrade from 11105 to 11133

Thread needs solution

The upgrade fails.

It says:

"Some ABR10 components cannot be uninstalled automatically
since they were installed using a different language.
Uninstall these components manually
and then restart installation."

yet i did not install components using a different language.

What should i do?

Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

This is a well-known issue with the UK licenses. That's why we have removed build #11133 from the UK web site. We are planning to release the UK build next week. The new UK build will contain a fix for this issue.

Our company decided to unify the new UK build release with the next build release (Update 1). This helps to accumulate the human resources on one goal and to expedite the release of Update 1. We expect it very soon in October.

Same problem here by the installation!
I buys 4 license Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server Virtual Edition with UR incl. AAS ALP EN by Portland.NL and I download the product at Acronis website today 2 november and impossible to install them!

Error:
Some Acronis Backup Recovery 10 components cannot be uninstalled automatically
since they were installed using a different language.
Uninstall these components manually
and then restart installation."

I try 2 different download more than 700MB always the same ERROR!
After 4 day's it is always impossible to use this product. (4 Licences 5000€!)
My supplier does not know m' to help me.

PLEASE Help!!
