ABR 10 U 3 - Can't browse backupfiles - EMPTY

Thread needs solution

I'm really hacked off with this now..
I've upgraded to the latest build
Acronis Management server is running on 2008r2 x64, and the Centralized vault is on the same box.
I've taken a few images of a few Xen virtual servers - full back up with ,agents etc everything seems fine.

only when i go to browse content of the backup i see the disks but they're all empty at file level.

WHAT'S GOING ON?

Hello Software Gasco,

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience, this issue will require additional investigation. I would really appreciate if you can provide me with the following information:

1. Screenshots of the backup plan creation steps, what you have selected to backup and where.

2. Screenshots of the vault contents where the disks are empty at file level.

3. AcronisInfo report so that we can study the logs and please let me know the time of that backup.

You can also contact our Support team directly so that we may assist you.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
