ABR 10.11345 - Internal Error when accessing Storage Node

Thank you very much for your post and I will certainly help you with this problem.

This is a known issue which was present in our earlier builds. Can you check the build number of your software by pressing Help and About.

The latest one is 11345 and if you are running it now, then it is very likely that the Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 components did not update properly. I would recommend launching the installation package and select repair installation.

If you are not using build 11345, I suggest to wait for a little while, because we are very close to releasing Update 2 for our Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 program. You can then download and install the latest build of our software.
