Hello Armin,

Thank you for using Acronis software. I am happy to assist you.

I investigated in the reported error, but I need little more information to get to a possible solution.

Can you please provide following information:

  • What operating system is used?
  • What is the drive management of Windows is showing?
  • Do you have a system recovery partition from vendor? These partitions are often the first on the disk and can cause this problem.

I am waiting for your feedback.

Thank you.
