ABR 11 - Job looses Destination
Hello,
can anybody help me by a big poblem. The surppot only tells to reinstall and reinstall but won´t help further.
My prob looks like the job forget the destination. That i have by some Installations. The Systems based Acronis version is 11. The job works for some days than he loose his destitnation. Rest of infos all be fine, but no destination. In the job u select the destination and press save, all is be fine again. Delete the job an reimport it make no change, delete and make the same job again with same options, some day works, than all destination information away.
What is it???
Windows Server 2008 R2 Windows SBS 2011 and 4 Windows 7 Pro 64 bit installations.
All have this problem... New installation with uninstaller tools like revo make no change.
The destination drives are NAS USB or eSATA. I have no idea.....
PS i can better explain in in German;)

Hello,
yes its easier for me to explain it in German...;)
The Systems are Server and Workstations. All by same Systembuilder Wortmann Terra.
The First System i can post u the build is a Windows Server Foundation R2 Xeon 1225 8GB Ram fully patched.
Acronis Build 11.0.17438
At the Pics u can see what i mean, for all Systemes where i got this problem, it looks like the pics that attached here.
Job is fine, but the date he will run is in the past. in the job u can see the destination, but when u looks at the task from the job the way he should backup will loose. No diff inkr or Fullbackup can be find there. If i not abot the job options and i press save, than the job is fine again.
Works for a few days and than its all be the same, job info will be loose choose save and the job works fine again and so on and so on....
Thats the same way for all systems. All systems use 11 build, and i don´t won´t to upgrade because it must work fine with this builds. it can not be possible that a software won´t wok and i must pay for updates that she do that what i payed for before;( thats could not be right? its like a car whre u can drive for a day and next day u must pay for new tires, every day.... that will nobody pay for i think.....

It looks like scheduled tasks disappeared ( did you mean this as 'destination' ? ). One possible reason is an antivirus program erases these tasks. Try to add Acronis executables to exclusions as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/36429 .
