You have at this agent registered an Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Virtual Edition License. However I can see, that you have opened the Agent for Windows Help-About window. Can you tell me following information:
- What hypervisor you are using? (Hyper-V, ESX(i), etc.)
- Are you using an Acronis Agent for this hypervisor? (e.g. Agent for Hyper-V)?
- How is the Acronis License Server defined in your Acronis Management Server? (via DNS name or via IP address)?
