This just came in. As far as I know, are all the licenses activated.

Can you please specify which agent this message shows and what you can see at Help -> About? You can create a screenshot from that and make the serial key unreadable except the first two digits (e.g. 4E.....) If you want, you can forward this information in private message to me.

You have at this agent registered an Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Virtual Edition License. However I can see, that you have opened the Agent for Windows Help-About window. Can you tell me following information:

  • What hypervisor you are using? (Hyper-V, ESX(i), etc.)
  • Are you using an Acronis Agent for this hypervisor? (e.g. Agent for Hyper-V)?
  • How is the Acronis License Server defined in your Acronis Management Server? (via DNS name or via IP address)?
