ABR 11 Virtual - Backup Instantly Fails

So I've been trying out ABR 11 Virtual to see if it would work for a replacement of my crappy software, and for the most part it seems to work but I backed up around 40 VM's over the weekend, except 2-4 VM's failed to backup where the rest of them ran fine. I get the same error message regardless if I run the job or manually try to back up these VM's. I've tried bouncing the virtual machine without any luck. I'm going to try bouncing the appliances but I don't know what that would change. Any advice would be welcomed.

I have the same problem, I could not find a solution. Acronis version that I have Acronis virtual edition 11 build 11.0.17318

I have the same problem, support suggested loading the windows agent on each VM.Then running the backups from the AMS. all worked manually but now got operation.lck files in the vaults and the backup are all stuck on 0%. Also backups wont stop.
