Can we assume that the upgrades to both ABR 11 Workstation with UR and Server with UR are the same executables? I own both products and see that the upgrade filenames and sizes are identical.

I only need a single download to upgrade for both my WS and SERVER editions?

The single download contains all components, your licenses are what determines what functionality can be used.
