ABR [11639] bug reports.

Thread needs solution

Hello !

I've installed installed update 2 on my servers.

Here is some bugs I noticed.

1. updating agent from 11345 to 11639 fails on my 6 servers.

Solution: I had to uninstall agent / reinstall agent.

2. After agent installation, several servers are "grey" into AMS.

Solution: not found yet. It seems that agent doesn't communicate properly with AMS console. Sometimes, you have to stop / start the agent to retrieve connection.

Edit: Fixed by launching the "sync" task in AMS.

3. Licences problem.

Two agents reports that they fail getting licences from my licence server...
Solution: not found yet ... sometimes, you have to remove / reimport licences in your licence server.

Edit: Fixed with acronis support (thanks to Diana), just had to re import licence key in licence server and restart acronis remote agent on failed servers. (Weird ...)

We need to find out why the agents fail to install. Please provide us with an MS Installer log. Please check this article for details on how to create them.

Since you uninstalled the agents and re-installed them, their unique registry ids have changed. When you launched the synchronization task, it updated the agent information in the Acronis Management Server.

To understand why there is an issue with the licenses, please provide us with AcronisInfo reports from the agent machine and the license server machine, it will help us to determine the cause of the problem.
