ABR10 Backup and Restore a domain controller (other domaincontroller exist)

Thread needs solution

Hi, I use ABR10 Server, to backup a domain controller (Windows Server 2008).

I know the article http://kb.acronis.com/content/15827.

The backup task of the domain controller is:
monthly full, weekly differential, daily, incremental Harddisc 1 is selected (FAT16, c:\, D:\, E:\, so all partitions of the harddisc).

If I have to restore the server, the article says:
1.) Restoring a domain controller if other domain controllers are available: Restore the domain controller from the backup using Acronis Bootable media;
2.) Reboot the computer. Make sure the Active Directory service has started successfully. Replicating of Active Directory records will be performed automatically.

So whats about USN? I have read a lot of articles that a domaincontroller should be restored, then using dcpromo /forceremoval and dcpromo again. (because of the problem of USN).

Is this realy true, that a domain controller (backup with acronis) doesnt need to be moved out of the domain.

Thank you for your help!!!
