Hi,

I want to make an image of my new DELL PowerEdge R710 server. Acronis always crash when the boot procedure is finished and the screen of the Acronis application is visible. No way to do any action. The server immediately crash and reboot.

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it is difficult to identify what was the cause of the problem, so this situation requires inverstigation.

But before we start investigation I would suggest you to try Acronis Bootable Rescue Media built on another loader. In order to obtain it you need to perform the following steps: 

  1. Register your product license here
  2. Download Bootable Media in ISO format from here
  3. Burn the ISO onto the CD
  4. Try to boot from it to see whether the issue persists
