ABR10 downloaded Universal bootable CD ISO but not working.

I had downloaded the ABR10 Universal ISO file Build 11639 and burned it to a CD but it's no bootable.
At first, I though it's my CD and I burned the 2nd CD. It also not bootable. Wasted 2 CDs.

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact cause of the issue. Could you please gather the following information: 

  1. What exactly happens when you're trying to boot from the CD?
  2. Do you see any files on the CD when reviewing it from Windows?
  3. Have you tried burning the ISO according to this article?

Hi Yana,

I had followed the instruction on downloading and create the ISO via the recorder. It's bootable now but I ran into another issue. After I key in the local LAN IP address, the server can't communicate with other servers. So I can't load the *.tib file to restore.

Please advise.

Additional info.

Hardware - IBM Blade Center E with IBM Blade HS22. I had configured the Mgmt Module and ESM to for both Ethernet cards to external ports. Confirmed the ports are working bcos, I test by installing a New Windows OS to the server.
