ABR10 Tasks not starting at planned time

Hallo Forum,
My GVS Task should run as follows:
15:00 User logs off workstation
16:30 Backup Task planned start
After Backup a batch shuts the computer down.
Settings:If a task can't start or fails it is not repeated
Problem:The task starts when the user starts in the morning at 06:45 and then shuts the workstation down.
System and Workstation clocks are correct.
Settings:If a task can't start or fails it is not repeated
Can someone please suggest a solution?
