ABR10 UR boot cd does not detect Lenovo T420 NIC

Dears, I've a problem regarding Acronis BR10 UR boot cd. After the boot process, the Intel PRO/1000 LAN adapter of a Lenovo T420 laptop (type 4236-EV9) is not recognized (no ip address is assigned to the NIC). This prevents the network restoration of Acronis images. I've already used the latest UR boot cd available on Acronis website without any results. Can you help me please? Thank you

Thank you for reporting about the problem.

In this situation I would advise you to create a WinPE bootable media as a solution to the problem. Investigation might take time, and I would like to be sure that you have a media in case of emergency.
