ABR10.0.13762 Failure 0x101F4
Hi
I installed on a Windows 2008R2 SP1 Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server - Virtual Edition.
I created 3 Backup Tasks. 2 Tasks for the Virtual Machines where are Saved on the same disk like the rest of the data. One Backup-Job saves (Drive / Files) just the User-Data.
The VirtualMachines and the User-Data are on the same drive (I know...but its like it is...).
So when I backup the Virtual-Machines no Errors occurs. But for the Drive/File Backup I get the following message:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First: Is "Festplatte '2'" the same Disk like shown in the Windows Harddisk-Management (Datenträgerverwaltung) or how can I see, which Drive it is Realy? When I create a new Backup an choose the Source to Backup, there were also some Drive-Numbers, but different from the Windows Harddisk-Management...
I followed your Instructions on http://kb.acronis.com/content/1514 and get no errors whil chkdsk and installed the latest Build (13762).
I also tried to start the AcronisReport.exe. But each time I get an error after:
- Next
- Accept and Next
- Create system report and Next
- Filename C:\Temp\report.txt (or on the Desktop, same Error) and Next
- Proceed
Error
E000101F4: Not enough privileges
You do not have enough privileges to start Acronis System Report.
What can I do to get rid off the ABR10 0x101F4 Error?
Thanks for a fast reply!

Hi Peter
Thanks for your answer. I think we talk about two different things.
Backups of the Guest-Virtual Machines workes fine (as whole VM-Machine). But Backups of the Host-Filesystem gives the error described above. I meant the filesystem of the Host, not on the VM-Guests.
Thanks for your Help!

Hello LOD911,
Thank you for your post.
I suggest for this case to check the vendor's website for a tool to check the drive on lowest level. It is possible, that your drive got damaged. Chkdsk only checks the file system, but not the physical surface of the disk. A tool manufacturers can provide information as to whether the drive has physical damage.
Also check if you have done the chkdsk command with parameter /f /r.
In the article in our Knowledge Base, you will find information, how to use the Acronis Report and how to interpret the output from it.
If there is anything else, we can do for you, please let me know.
Thank you.
