ABR11. Cannot "Add a machine to AMS" which is on the WAN of a firewall

Thread needs solution

Hi,

First I had problems with remote installation of the Windows Agent and such... which I understand is solved in a new build (which is not available yet).

Ok, I installed the Windows Agent etc locally via the msi's. No problem.

Then I try to add this PC to the AMS, not possible. It takes forever and then generates errors (see attached).

The setup is like this:
The AMS is on the LAN side of the firewall and the PC is on the WAN side.
The firewall is opened for traffic from the AMS to the PC and v.v.

Please check the attached Acronis info for PC and AMS for problems.

We are in the process of installing ABR on several hundreds of PC all over Europe and this makes ABR11 useless !

Thanks for you quick support.

Here is a network capture of the traffic during 'Add to AMS', which failed.

IP addresses:
192.168.0.10 AMS PC on LAN (NAT to 172.26.46.8).
192.168.0.1 Firewall LAN port.
172.26.46.8 AMS PC on WAN.
172.26.46.102 PC on WAN (trying to add to AMS)
172.26.46.100 Firewall WAN port.
