ABR11 Questions

Hello,

These questions may be a bit early, but I have orders waiting for ABR10 or ABR11 if someone can comment.

How different does the GUI look compared to ABR10? The manuals that Acronis provides are just not dumbed down enough for our end customers we sell this product to, so we create our own specific to our application. I'm trying to figure out how much work will be involved in creating a new manual since we are an aftermarket seller.

Will it be possible to downgrade ABR11 keys to ABR10 and Echo Workstation?
I see the "downgrade" option in KB3175 finally works. This only took 1.5 yrs to be functional, but better late than never. The bulk of our customers use Echo Workstation, so it's nice to downgrade without having to contact support.
