When I setting backup of a directory by incremental method, sometimes finish with an error. But I using a complete method, always backup completed succesfully. I'm sorry for english.
I have a tree of directory very longe, may be a cause of problem?

If there is an error with message 'handle is invalid' then this is related ( officially ) - http://forum.acronis.com/forum/28970#comment-91522 The fix is included in the nearest update. If it has not much 'sibling' directories, as a workaround you can use volume backup excluding all other folders on the volume.
