ABR11(ver. 17318) Network Backup fails (0x009A0005+0x009A0005+0x00040011+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002)
some of our ABR11 client machines failed to network drive.
(some of machines are ok)

: 0x009A0005+0x009A0005+0x00040011+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002
[log messages(translation: korean -> english)]
"can't fined the file specified"
"Invoke for GetFileInfo of FileManager is failure."
[module]
"C:\Program Files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\mms.exe"
I tried to back up in local folder and that is successful.
But backup through the network(LAN) is failure at all time.
So I checked Port number(TCP 139, 445, 9876) and then I saw the state of ports is open or established.
I don't know what the problem is.

Thank you Yana,
I attached Wireshark dump captured on our ABR management server.
As you will know if you see that, communication using 9876 seems ok.(3.79 is a client server that registered in ABR management system)
And when I tried to access using telnet to management server(15.15) from client server(3.79), such logs are appeared.
(telnet xxx.xxx.15.15 445 --> telnet access is okay)
But when I tried to back up using Acronis, above issue("can't fined the file specified") is repeated.
* backup target : xxx.xxx.3.79
* storage location:\\xxx.xxx.15.15\a
* Our Acronis: ABR11 (build 11.0.17318)
Moreover, At that time, I can't find any tcp packets about 139, 445 on Wireshark in 15.15.
I will attach the wireshark dump file.
