ABRadvS-UR log file with console

Thread needs solution

 when I use a boot media to restore with universal restore (ABR10 UR) I don't know where the log files are (or where I can set the place to be saved)

Can anybody help me find the logs? When I click on Logs ->I wait forever (at least more than 15min)

My restore files are located on a USB-HD which is used also during backup.

Thank you for choosing Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.

You should be able to access log files from our program directly without hang. Could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?

Could you please provide me with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the issue you report, so that I can try to reproduce it?

I am having the same problem with a plain install (no boot media or restore involved.)  From the local machine console, I click on log and they never show.  Just wait message.  I left it overnight and still hung the next morning.
