ABv10 Multi problem; backups quit connecting to Vault, Vault corrupt and credentials fail

Suddenly all six agent backups stop working, each one reports vault not available. management server has many errors in log file, one is Licenses server not available, another is vault corrupt, and then a whole bunch concerning the credentials fail, try to create new vault on a separate internal HDD and I get errors, here are examples of errors in the log file of the management server;

From this list of errors it is difficult to determine the exact cause of this issue. There can be connectivity problems or one of the Acronis services either crashing or stopped working.

I would recommend to submit a support request with AcronisInfo reports from the Management Server machines as well as the agent machines.

You can also request a remote desktop session with one of our support engineers, I believe this is the fastest way to determine the cause of this issue.

Thank you for the quick reply, I will run the "AcronisInfo" to gather the information and submit a support request as suggested, if it takes more then a day to get a response I may go the remote desktop support option to try and get this resolved before the weekend.

We have very similar problems. A centralized vault was corrupted and recreated. All of our servers now back up to the new vault, but our SQL-server is unable to reconnect. This is the error message:

Failed to obtain statistics of vault 'arl:/46DAFA25-B713-4454-871E-A64845C35A8C/9C123CCD-F758-4CFC-ACBD-AED8BF2BC450'.

We have uninstalled acronis from the SQL-server, and reinstalled again, but the problem persists.

Do you have a solution to this?
