Access Credentials Issue

Thread needs solution

When I try to do a Mount image command in Acronis Backup & Recovery 10, I get rejected on every attempt for the Access Credentials prompt when I browse into the Documents and Settings folder. There is only one user on this computer and the user has full administrative rights. The attempt is made using the only password that was created for log-on to the PC. I was forced to move the file to different folder to accomplish the action.
