Access Crendentials to access path issue

I am using the lastest build 17318 of AB&R and I got this problem:
Whenever I try to setup a backup for another storage device data located on the lan,
I am able to see it under Network Folders, but when I tried to access, it pop up a
Access Crendentials box asking for User name: and Password: . No matter how many
times I enter (username and password confirm correct), this Access Crendentials box
will keep showing. What can be the problem? I got this steps working previously I think
under build 17217.
