Access to personal depot not working after upgrade (10 to 11)

Thread needs solution

We were using Backup & Recovery Server 10 and today we have updated it to version 11.
First all my backup planes with exception of one were removed. Very bad.
Second the access to an USB drive is very slow. It takes minutes to get the information from it. With version 10 there was no problem. Anything worked fine and the access was fast.

Can somebody help me what I can do to get the previous performance back? With such performance the version 11 isn't useable.

Our environement: Acronis is installed on a Windows 2008 Server R2 (64Bit).

Any help or advise is welcome.
