Acronis advanced workstation backup file showing empty

I am using the advanced workstation of this product. Recently one of my PC protected with the acronis chrashed and when I try to recover was stun with the behavior if the product.

The software was creating the backup file for the schedule and I can see the tlb file in my vault also. But when I open the file it's showing only the drives inside but no files of the drive. Then we check the Ackup for last two weeks all the files are having the same issue Hence my recovery also failed with an error fail to read the data.

Did any one face this issue please help us since the data of that system is very critical.

If you are using Acronis Management Server, than I suggest to boot the affected machine using the acronis bootable media. Then start your Acronis Management Console and connect to the booted agent in order to perform the restore. You will find additional information about this remote connection in our Knowledge Base in this article (it describes the way in ABR 10, but it fits also in ABR 11).
