Acronis B & R v10 - Cannot select drive to backup

Acronis Backup and Recovery v10 Build 10.0.13762

This has been in place for a couple of years and recently stopped backing up.

When someone first looked at this as the backup job was failing they decided to delete and recreate the backup job.

However now when attempting to create a new backup job when presented with the new backup job page, when you select Items to backup 'Change...' the Data to back up dialog box pops up and just sits there indefinitely saying 'Loading...' and never resolves or finds anything.

Has anyone come across this or can offer suggestions?

We have removed and reinstalled the software to no avail, I have attached a screen shot of the problem dialog for better clarity.

I suspect this may be the SnapAPI drivers as searching the forum this seems to be the most common issues with not being able to select any drives or files in Acronis.

I have run through the KB atricle for removing them, and am anow trying to reinstall them but the installer aborts.

Will reboot the server and try again...
